The Nieri platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Zalkins S.A.S. You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us a license to use it solely to provide our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your data according to our data retention policies.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
